This evening, our community came together for a very special Thanksgiving celebration filled with love, laughter, and gratitude. Residents and their families enjoyed a delicious holiday meal, shared stories, and created new memories that remind us of the true meaning of Thanksgiving—togetherness.

We are so thankful for the opportunity to celebrate with our residents and their loved ones. The joy in the rooms was a beautiful reminder of the bonds that make our facility feel like home. 💛

Bailey Creek Health and Rehab is excited about the start of construction of our new 71,800 square foot skilled nursing facility located at 5111 Jefferson Ave., Texarkana, AR This new building will replace our existing facility and will feature 138 patient beds (88 private rooms with private shower and 25 semi-private rooms), a 2,000 square foot therapy gym with an outside therapy track, a large dining room, two interior courtyards and a 22-bed dedicated Dementia care neighborhood. Bailey Creek will offer short term rehab services including physical, speech, occupational therapy, long term care services and Dementia care services. The newly constructed facility is expected to be complete in Spring/Summer of 2027. We look forward to continuing to serve the Texarkana community in our new state-of-the-art facility.

In the meantime we will still be offering excellent care at our current location at 1624 E. 42nd St., Texarkana, AR

Breaking Ground, Building Hope!
