Uncle Al is 95 years young! He LOVES Climb On! and has been using it to heal his golfing and gardening hands for more than 20 years! Uncle Al does 20 push ups every morning. He still drives (but don’t ride with him if you can help it) and he plays golf every Thursday.

The historic .usa is taking place right now. Look it up if you aren’t aware of it. A group of Buddhist monks began a 2000 mile journey on foot with their Indian street dog, Aloka. They are walking to share and embody peace, through the southern states known historically for severe racism and division. The massive love and support they have received is proof that all we really want is to love and be loved. To support and be supported. We’re not really looking for the newest telephone or latest car upgrade. Those ideas are given to us by an energy that wants to keep us from truly connecting with each other. An energy that wants to keep us from realizing our true self. The deeper “I” that is the same in all of us. Peace is a state of individual being. It is not something we can attain after something else changes in our lives. Or someone else begins to act and do what we want. True peace is our birthright. All religions have this same core. So why do we fight and argue and judge and remain victims of what we dislike? The answer is that, that really isn’t you. The ego has taken over and it needs conflict in order to live and thrive. We can find a place in our hearts for the ego. It can also live in peace. We do this by becoming aware of and living in the present moment. Look around you. Is there a problem? Or is it in what you are thinking and believing instead? Let’s make a commitment together to come back to the present moment any time we find ourselves worrying, anxious or judging another or ourselves. We live in a cosmic soup of energy. The planets are aligning for us now. Let’s ride that wave to a higher vibration and to a more respectful and sustainable human existence on this living and breathing planet. 🌍 Hapoy New Year!
