He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it WILL move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” -Matt. 17:20

Did you catch that? God is so good that He knew there would be times when you would struggle to have faith. So He made it so that all you need is the faith of a mustard seed, a lil bitty, teeny tiny, mustard seed and you can move a mountain.

Of course this isn’t a physical mountain (although I could argue that it very well could be with the right kind of faith) this mountain can be one of doubt, a mountain that lacks peace, a mountain of debt, a mountain of lack, I mean I could go on and on; God said whatever the mountain is, if you could muster up a little bit of faith, you can move it.

See how small that mustard seed is? I mean it’s a little thang ain’t it?

Friend, that’s ALL you NEED!! Just a lil bit and you can and you WILL move mountains!

So gone and gather up yo lil faith, speak to that mountain, and WATCH IT MOVE!!

🌿 Important Update With Love & Gratitude 🌿

It is with a mix of heavy and hopeful emotions that I share this update: our One-Year Anniversary & Grand Reopening event scheduled for December 12th has been canceled due to the closing of Aura Holistic, the location where The V-Spot is currently housed.

While The V-Spot was not birthed inside Aura, this space has been deeply pivotal to our growth, alignment, and expansion during this chapter of our journey. I am truly grateful for the season we were able to serve there and for every woman who walked through those doors to heal and reconnect with herself.

This moment feels bittersweet, but I trust the bigger vision. This isn’t an ending. It’s a pause… a recalibration… a setback that’s setting up a mighty comeback. ✨

I will still be honoring our one-year milestone with a small, intimate gathering of close sisters, celebrating all we’ve built together during this first year. And I’m excited to share that The V-Spot will officially reopen in a new home in Spring 2026; renewed, expanded, and powerfully aligned for what’s next.

Thank you for every ounce of support, trust, and sisterhood you’ve poured into this vision. Your energy fuels this mission.

Know your authority and walk in it! Don’t let ANYONE tell you any different! It’s important to know who you are and whose you are!! As long as you’re a child of God, you have spiritual authority. You don’t need anyone to stand in the gap for you, you can go straight to God yourself because you’ve been given that right! Get in your Word and get firm on your authority friend!! Know it, be sure of it, and WALK in it!!!

The words that we speak are important. They carry frequencies both positive and negative. The very frequency of God.

The Word of God says that life and death is in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). That’s telling us right there how powerful the words we speak are.

How often do you speak LIFE over yourself? How often do you speak LIFE over others? How often do you say what God says about you to yourself?

I challenge you to dig into your Word and find out what God says about who you are and speak that over your life for the next 30 days!
