Today I laid on the Crystal Light Bed during the 3:3 portal and chose a frequency that aligned with that energy.

And whew… it was powerful.

Almost immediately, my chest felt tight and a little panicky. Not in a “something is wrong” way — but in a “something is moving” way. Like old energy that had been sitting quietly suddenly had light shining directly on it.

At the same time, I could physically feel my throat opening. That gentle expansion. That subtle release. Almost like my body was saying, “It’s time.”

The 3:3 portal carries amplified communication energy — mind, body, and spirit aligning. It’s heart + voice. Truth + expression. And when those centers activate together, it can feel intense before it feels clear.

The tightness in my chest reminded me how important grounding is when working with high frequencies — especially during portal days. When we open energetically without anchoring into the body, it can feel overwhelming. Grounding brings safety. It tells the nervous system, “We’re okay. We’re supported.”

So I breathed.
I placed my awareness in my feet.
I imagined roots growing into the earth.
I let the light move through instead of fighting it.

And that’s when the shift happened.

Not every activation feels blissful. Sometimes it feels like truth rising. Sometimes it feels like release. Sometimes it feels like your body recalibrating in real time.

Today was a reminder that expansion requires stability.
Opening requires grounding.
Light requires a strong container.

If you’ve felt emotional, anxious, or sensitive today — you’re not crazy. The energy is amplified. Just don’t forget to anchor yourself while you rise.

The Full Moon in Virgo will have just peaked the night before… and we are going to harness that powerful, cleansing energy together.

Virgo energy is about purification. Clearing. Resetting.
It asks: What is no longer aligned? What needs to be organized, healed, released?

This is your night to let it go.

We will begin by sitting together in sacred space and writing down what we are ready to release — old stories, habits, fears, resentment, self-doubt… whatever has been quietly weighing on you.

Then, one by one, we will safely burn those words in the cauldron.
Watching them turn to ash.
Feeling the energetic cord loosen.
Allowing the Full Moon’s energy to carry it away.

After release comes rebirth.

You’ll then decorate your own Rebirth Card — a visual reminder of who you are becoming. A word, a symbol, a feeling. Something that represents the next version of you. This becomes your anchor… your declaration… your new beginning.

We will close the evening with a grounding meditation to seal the work, calm the nervous system, and fully integrate the shift.

This night may be emotional. It may be freeing. It may feel like a deep exhale you didn’t realize you needed.
