A note about our updated cancellation policy
This was not an easy decision for us to make. We truly understand that life happens, and flexibility has always been important to us. However, to protect the integrity of our business and honor the time and energy our instructors pour into every class, this change became necessary.
The 12-hour advance cancellation window allows waitlisted clients a fair chance to move into class and gives our instructors the consistency they need to plan thoughtfully and show up fully for you.
At its heart, this policy is about shared accountability—supporting one another by honoring commitments and helping keep our schedule reliable and accessible for everyone. We also believe communication is key- If an emergency comes up, please reach out! We’re always happy to accommodate within reason when we’re able.
