This is one of my absolute favorite ab routines!

I do dead bug with the block- 10 reps on each side.
I immediately transitioned to same arm same leg dead bug for 10 reps, then shift to opposite arm opposite leg- 10 reps again. I switchel legs and repeat the series on the opposite side. Following that series, I put down the block and I go into bicycles, 10 reps each side alternating legs. Lastly, I do flutter kicks with my head up for a count of 10 and then I put my head down and do 10 more. I love the burn and I'm loving the results!

I know this doesn't look professional, but I wanted to share this amazing workout routine. I hope you love it as much as I do!
