If you are here to support one of the non-profit organizations we partner with, a special thank you. Check out the group and i will be in touch to discuss next steps. Were like minded here in that it makes sense to invest in being proactive and maintaining health, rather than waiting for issues to crop up. We call it "health care" vs "sick care". Some thoughts on embracing a preventative mindset:

- Make small, sustainable changes - Going all in on major lifestyle changes rarely sticks long term. Focus on building habits over time.

- Don't wait for the perfect time - There's never a perfect moment to get healthier. Start taking small steps now.

- Focus on how you'll feel - Dwell on how much better you'll feel with more energy, better sleep, less stress. That motivation lasts.

- Be patient - Meaningful change takes time. Stick with new habits through ups and downs.

- Enjoy the process - Find fun ways to exercise and move daily. Healthy eating can be delicious too!

- Do it for those you love - Your health impacts your whole family and community. Lead by example.

- Prevent pain - Avoiding illness, injury, and burnout is worthwhile, even if you feel ok now.

- Invest in yourself - You're worth it! Your health is your most valuable asset. I look forward to you being part of this positive community and learning more about maintaining wellness. The admin and many members share information about the Wellness Company and their safe & healthy product line, but feel free to contribute in any way you feel is beneficial for all. I invite you to look at an overview about the Wellness Company and see if it make sense for your family. There are regularly scheduled meetings vis stream yard that you can attend for free and check it out. Check the events section for the next one.
