Liberty Hospice of Wendell had the privilege of celebrating Army Veteran James Langley during a special ceremony at Zebulon House. Mr. Langley proudly served our country as a Master Sergeant, spending much of his military career at a hospital in Germany. It was an honor to recognize his service and dedication.

🙏 We also recognized Michelle Allen and Greg Bouck, our incredible chaplains who bring comfort and spiritual support to our patients and families every single day. Your compassion makes such a difference.

Liberty Home Care of Fayetteville had the honor of recognizing Col. Charlie W. Brewington, a decorated U.S. Army Veteran who bravely served our nation in both the Korean and Vietnam Wars.

Col. Brewington’s distinguished military career includes receiving the Legion of Merit, the Silver Star and a Purple Heart. After retiring from the Army, he continued his service with the Department of Defense Intelligence Agency—retiring at the incredible age of 80.

We presented Col. Brewington with our We Honor Veterans Certificate of Appreciation and celebrated him as our oldest home health Veteran in the Fayetteville area. With a smile, he shared that his goal is to reach 100 years old—and we’ll be honored to support him every step of the way.

Thank you, Col. Brewington, for your extraordinary courage, dedication and lifelong service to our country.
