Let’s face it the main reason we exercise is to look good naked. Many of us begin the new year with lofty goals, and we begin making strides towards those goals. Our efforts with fitness are often not sustainable due to our other roles in life as spouse, parent, professional, etc. taking priority. Recently I have had to re-examine my approach to fitness with baby Baranski’s earth side arrival approaching. The key to anything in life is balance, and health is more than just physical. Equally as important is your relational health, spiritual health, financial health, and mental health. You can not neglect any of these aspects and expect to live to your highest potential. The key is to keep things simple, and consistent actions. Implementing these 5 exercise principles will substantially enhance your fitness while also giving you plenty of time to focus on all other aspects of health.
