I've been a Health Coach for a very successful weight loss program for 4 1/2 years now and love it!!! I incorporate my Nursing skills by giving my clients support and nutritional teaching. With healthy new habits they are able to keep off the weight and feel great! If you struggle with low energy, lack of sleep, diabetes, high blood pressure/cholesterol, taking lots of medications or just want to look good in your clothing again, we can help.
