I have a daily practice very similar to this. In today's chaotic world this small bit of self care can really make a difference. Breath is Sacred. Everything around us is source energy. Conscious breath work is acknowledging we are more than these bodies, more than our emotions. Breathe in light and release all that is no longer serving you. Let go of the fearful thoughts. You only plug into what you focus on. Don't focus on the negative. Focus on what you love, enjoy and cherish.
