Dr. Gavrila’s philosophy is one founded in neuro-psychology, anthropology and the understanding of the aesthetic structure of the aging individual. Dr. Gavrila always aims to use the least amount of intervention possible to achieve patient satisfaction and his approaches are always the least invasive options available. This conservative approach uses subliminal/subconscious, gender driven theories that will leave you looking more rested, youthful, and more attractive without the feel or look of “having had work done”.
When assessing and approaching any patient’s face, Dr. Gavrila’s trained eye will use the following concepts and others in formulating the best, most natural-appearing treatment plan.
The founder of ProMD Health, George Gavrila is a native of the Greater Baltimore area and has spent time studying medicine, primary care, functional medicine, aesthetic medicine, and integrative medicine.
Dr. Gavrila completed his residency at the University of Maryland and served as a Fellow at the Center of Integrative Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Gavrila developed an interest in integrative and anti-aging medicine after recognizing many of the present medical systems' shortcomings. Patients appreciate a professional and confidential environment, as well as prompt appointments with a skilled and compassionate doctor.
