UToledo Health has launched a new partial hospitalization program for adults seeking treatment for substance use disorder, expanding access to care between inpatient detox and outpatient therapy. https://myut.link/e403ac

The program offers more than 21 hours of structured treatment each week — including therapy, medication management and relapse prevention — without overnight stays, helping patients get the level of support they need to maintain recovery.

The new program strengthens UToledo Health Recovery Services, which already include the region’s only multidisciplinary inpatient detox unit. Partial hospitalization provides a flexible, personalized option for patients who need intensive care without 24-hour hospitalization.

Today, she’s a registered nurse on the Heart and Vascular Care Unit at The University of Toledo Medical Center — caring for patients during some of their most vulnerable moments.

A graduate of the College of Health and Human Services, Lily represents the caliber of nurses UToledo prepares: compassionate, highly skilled and ready to lead.

Now, Lily is continuing her journey by pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice while serving patients on a nationally recognized cardiac unit — one that recently earned a Beacon Award for Excellence from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses.

Dr. Daniel A. Frattarelli has been named chief physician executive for University of Toledo Physicians. A board-certified pediatrician and experienced healthcare executive, Dr. Frattarelli will provide strategic leadership for the group’s nearly 400 physicians and advanced practice providers and serve as a member of the UToledo Health senior leadership team.
