✨ What IS a simmer pot? ✨
I get asked so often what the point of a simmer pot is and how to do it & it’s so simple to do.
A simmer pot can be made with any aromatic herbs , plants , and/or fruits. In other words, if it smells good, throw it in the pot! 🤩
Simmer pots are used for a multitude of reasons but a main one being to make your space smell good! Other reasons some may use simmer pots are for cultural practices - simmer pots date back to ancient Rome and Greece who used them to cleanse the air around them. Pagan traditions also use them to release any negative energy, setting good intentions, and bringing in a new season.
