Looking to help your horse transition to the colder weather? Massage is a great option. Massage helps relieve stiffness and tension caused by cold weather. Body work increases the circulation of blood and lymphatic fluid helping your horse stay warmer and move any swelling out of their joints. Fascial adhesions can form if your horse is moving around less in this colder weather. Massage helps keep the tissue fluid, preventing range of motion restrictions and pain. Your horse will be much more willing to work and perform well if their body feels good!
