the time is here to release people, things, situations, thoughtpatterns and emotions that are no longer serving you

the world is going through a big transformational shift

take time to sit in silence
write down your emotions
take an Epsom salt bath and light some candles
create the space to feel your emotions
allow yourself to grieve the release but most of all be good to yourself ❤️

Let the new moon remind you that sometimes you need to sit in darkness so you can see the light

so you can release & give birth to new possibilities, new feelings & create a different outlook on yourself and the world

When it comes to healing, we come in with expectations, sometimes forgetting that our healing process is not linear but cyclical, releasing those expectations as best as we can and surrendering to our very own process can release us from the burden of achieving something specific, it can open our hearts to truly recieve & trust the process of becoming our very true self on this journey and allowing ourselves to deeply trust again 💚

return to your true nature, which is love and move from that place, do whatever it takes to realign, let them move through you, nothing lasts forever, become the embodiment of your truth,
let those feelings flow through you, like water, let them shake you, let them destroy and burn you
allow yourself to be alive, fully, unconditionally….
Don’t be afraid of the shadows, the light
become an alchemist of light, truth, wisdom…
Become your own medicine
Become the being the world yearns for, connected to your healing, love, wildness

Something about the history of Kambo 🍃

The Kaxinawá legend tells that the Indians of the tribe were very ill and their medicine man, named Pajé in Brazil, had done everything that was possible to cure them. Under the effect of the sacred plant medicine Ayahuasca he entered the forest and whilst recieved a visit of the Queen of the Forest. She brought in her hands a frog, from which she took a white secretion and taught the Pajé how to apply it. Returning to the tribe and following the guidelines that he had received, the Pajé was able to heal his tribe members. From then on he was known as Pajé Kampu. After his death, his spirit lived on in the frog where it continued its mission to protect the health of those who defend the forest.🌱

Kambo is a beautiful gift from nature that can help us bring clarity, strength and endurance. It is a detox for body, mind and soul.🤍
