Just curious, do you take vitamins? If you don't mind sharing, what are your vitamins of choice and why?

I personally take a women's multivitamin and in the winter months, I take a Vitamin D because I for one suffer from seasonal depression from my lack of sunlight/sun exposure/Vitamin D.

That EMOM had me ☠ by the end, 115 # felt like 350 # by the end 😂

Side note: I approached an elderly man in the gym today just to let him know he is an inspiration, to tell him I'm proud of him, and to keep it up. He smiled so big, proceeded to tell me a joke and told me that this is what's keeping him alive. Little did he know that those few minutes not only probably made his day, but it made mine as well. These little moments mean everything! No excuses people, if he can do it... YOU CAN TOO.

Nobody is motivated every single day, it's just not realistic to think that way. Realistically, you will struggle... but in the midst of your struggle, is when your true character comes out. Will you make the decision to stay disciplined or will you succumb to the lack of motivation? Mind over matter. Do what's best for you and your health!

This was the Shoulders & Arms workout I did this morning at 6am (when I would have much rather slept in) but the discipline in me got me through it.

I didn't want to eat a salad after my workout, but I did it anyways.

There are days we don't want to make the better choice, there are days we don't want to go to the gym, but DO IT ANYWAYS. You will thank yourself later.

Do it for you. Future you will be grateful. 💪

Something I know I have to focus on during the cold winter months is self growth and self development... I have a tendency to let myself fall into a 'slump' and this year I'm going to share my journey, my struggles, and also my wins to hold myself accountable...

I challenge you to call yourself out on things you know you should be doing better and work on growing in those areas.
