Holistic Health and Wellness with Sheena Holistic Health and Wellness with Sheena was started by myself, Sheena Peabody, in March 2014 as the beginning of a holistic health coaching business.

I took some time off to raise children and now have many new skills to add with all the worldly changes including kids cooking and kids yoga and mindfulness. My journey with health coaching was inspired by multiple dimensions of living a healthier life. I started with cleansing my body through dietary changes and experiencing a transformation of health. My goal is primarily eating whole foods also known as clean eating. I then moved onto my beauty products and cleaning products, by reducing toxins in commonly used household products, replacing with healthier, green options. I have made tremendous changes to my own health and wellness and I am here to share my knowledge and experience with others so they can achieve the same.

Looks like kale for the win!

It is important to eat seasonally, especially during the winter, to support your immune system.
