How is everyone’s week so far?
What have you guys been busy at? My kids and I were mostly busy with road trips avoiding the scorching heat in our unit during summer. They say rejuvenating and recharging your mind and body, causes an uproar of ideas sprouting here and there but mainly, it’s for our mental health, so that you can function and nurture other people called your kids😆

This is our version of Ube butter. We use our homemade ube halaya to create this delicious concoction! Great on bread, waffles, pancakes, and whatever your heart desires! Or even a spoonful to lick, we won’t judge😋

Slightly sweetened sticky rice infused w/ butterfly pea flower tea, topped w/ mango rose. Comes w/ two 4 oz containers of organic coconut sauce.

Shortbread tart shells and pastry cream is one of our favorite combos. We have been tasting these at different bakeries far and wide.

Others call it as Parisian flan, some call it as French tart flan, and most people I know, blurt it out as coconut sugar boba Flan tart. This vanilla bean creme patisserie is baked in a generous love of vanilla bean sable tart shell and we topped it off with coconut sugar boba! Whoever invented this sweet treat is a genius! We would love to share this treat with you all and be part of your day!

Sans rival is a traditional cold dessert in the Philippines made w/ layers of cashew dacquoise, french buttercream, and chopped cashews.

In the photo above, we have it in pistachio flavor, by using organic roasted pistachios and organic pistachio butter. It is definitely a customer favorite and ours as well 😋

All sans rivals are 9” in diameter and have 4 layers of cashew dacquoise. Birthday cake toppers & packaging available for extra charge.

The deconstructed version of a baked sushi roll! A layer of seasoned sushi rice w/ creamy salmon filling. Baked and then torched to perfection! Finished w/ a beautiful avocado rose, julienned cucumber, radish, and edible flowers.

An 8x8 comes w/ 2 organic roasted seaweed packs and a 9x13 comes w/ 4. Thank you to those who decided to celebrate Father’s Day w/ us! 😊

Happy Philippine Independence Day! 🇵🇭 In honor of today, here is our ube croissant bread pudding muffins 😊

Flakey croissants soaked in ube custard w/ chunks of our house-made ube halaya in each bite. Each is garnished w/ more of our ube halaya, a pipette of vanilla bean creme anglaise, valrhona crunchy pearls, and edible flowers. The chamomile flowers are however not for consumption but can be dried and brewed as a tea.

A new flavor added to our menu! Now you have the option between our classic tres leches or our assam milk tea tres leches 😊 Layers of chantilly cream and Assam black tea sponge cake soaked in a Assam milk tea tres leches mixture. We love using organic whole leaf teas!

If you’re a huge milk tea fan, you’ll definitely love this dessert! loves milk tea and tres leches so it was only fitting to combine these two together 😄

These crinkles are extra special bc they are made w/ house-made ube halaya (Filipino purple yam jam)! We also offer chocolate crinkles if you aren’t an ube lover. Using mostly organic quality ingredients to level up the overall flavor profile. They are made to order and you can enjoy them either warm or cold 😊

Our take on the classic chocolate chip cookie! Just look at those rippled edges! 🤩 was channeling her inner & haha.

Using combination of ’s Guanaja 70%, Caraïbe 66%, Jivara 40%, browning ’s grass fed butter, and finishing it w/ ’s flakey sea salt to make this cookie extra special.
