I take a variety of supplements from medicinal mushrooms from to vitamin D from and everything in between. I love supporting my body from the inside out. Today’s line up was focused mainly on energy and focus for my brain. Chaga and Tremella along with my king coffee started it all off! Young Living is so much more than oils.
Check out the below peeps, they are doing big things to naturally support your health. As I’ve said before and I’ll say a million times, you are the gatekeeper of your body and home. Big pharma don’t give a $h!t about you.

Hi Friends! April here. I realize that most of you that follow this page are my friends and know who I am but allow me to reintroduce myself. To start, I am a human that loves love. I am a human that trust without abandon (that is until you violate my trust or safety) I am a lover of all things music. The beauty of music speaks to my soul. My favorite music quote is “when words fail, music speaks” I love Baseball. I am a daughter, a sister, a friend and hopefully someday, a mother. I have struggled with infertility and I am a closet hippy (a yurt in Hawaii is my dream home) I loooovvveee the ocean and tattoos and I love Young Living Essential Oils. I was introduced to Young Living over 10 years ago but had no clue about the power of essential oils and did not have a support system. Then 2 years ago, while struggling with thyroid issues and infertility I started using oils and educating myself with the help from my YL Fam. I have since removed all toxins in my home and have a fire burning in me to continually question the “standard” practices and I refuse to follow the herd. I want to educate people about the “fragrances” in almost all OTC product. These fragrances are an evil mask to the toxic chemicals used to create the ‘desirable’ scent and are altering our entire internal eco system. So yeah, this is me. Am I perfect, no. Am I real, yes. Sometimes I say things too harshly and sometimes I lose my voice. I try my hardest to live by the golden rule but Most of all, I want to always learn new things and to grow so that I am able to be a continually evolving human. ❤️

Grief is a weird, multi-lane Highway with no real directions on how to navigate it. I have been walking this highway for 7 weeks since losing my mom unexpectedly in April. At first, it was auto pilot that kept me moving forward. Now, I have to consciously make an effort every day to not allow the sadness to consume me. I’m grieving for my mom, I’m grieving for our country and I’m grieving with and for the injustice placed on my fellow brothers and sisters simply because the color of their skin. It’s constant now more than ever that I reach for my emotional support oils created by Mother Earth. I turn to these oils to help, not to fix or magically make me forget there is s**t going on in this world but to help me stop, take inventory and refocus. Sara goes on my chest several times a day. Valor is rolled behind my ears and my diffuser is always going with Release or some other blend, (Usually a delicious “candle” dupe). This is just a reminder that we are in this together and we will get through this with love. Love will win!
