Congrats to West High Football on 37-6 win in semifinals! Enjoyed being there trainer for the last two games. Can't wait to watch West beat PV in the finals next week!

Awesome to see client with increased muscle tone, improved flexibility, & best of all be strong enough to do exercise that he thought was impossible two weeks ago. Not to mention worked out knots in quad after workout giving him full range of motion. Yeah!
