lil update:
currently photographing the Women’s lacrosse World Cup!! So cool to be capturing 30 different countries for 11 days! Since I’m outside all day I’ve been on a treadmill GRIND ft. MIGOS and 👏🏼 S/O to for some seriously hard circuits I’ve been doing from her account 👀 Still focusing on improving my hrv, staying in the green and eating clean!!! ground turkey bolognese sauce 🍝
Ingredients:
▪️onion, garlic, carrots + celery (chopped)
▪️spices: salt, pepper, red pepper flakes
▪️fresh herbs: basil & parsley
▪️ground turkey (97%lean)
▪️crushed tomatoes/red sauce

Meal prepped this dish using my slow cooker/ crockpot! I added my veggies
and ground meat into the pot and let it simmer with red sauce! Lastly, added elbows to balance out the meal! Carbs ✅ Protein ✅ Fueled for training ✅

Honey garlic glazed pork chop 😋 Simple ingredients for this one! Serves 4:
▪️4 pork chops
▪️ 1/4 cup lemon juice
▪️1/4 cup honey
▪️2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
▪️1 garlic clove, minced
While air frying the pork chops, add the remaining ingredients into a sauce pan and cook for about 3-5 minutes on medium heat. After the pork chops are cooked throughly, drizzle on the honey-garlic sauce! Served with a side of broccoli and white rice!

Need a great side for your Memorial Day Cook Out???
Here is a crowd pleaser…..
No-Mayo Potato Salad
⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Fresh herbs and olive oil flavor this easy and healthier potato salad without the mayonnaise. This no-mayo potato salad is perfect for a crowd at potlucks and barbecues and is vegan and egg free.
Ingredients
• 3 pounds red potatoes
• 5 tablespoons white wine vinegar
• 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 small red onion
•2 teaspoons minced fresh dill
• 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
• 2 tablespoons minced Italian flat leaf parsley

Instructions
1. Put the potatoes in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water by about 2 inches. Bring to a boil over high heat, add 1 tablespoon of kosher salt, and cook potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes or until fork tender.
2. As soon as the potatoes are cool enough to handle, cut them in half and place them in a large mixing bowl. While the potatoes are still hot, sprinkle them with 3 tablespoons of the vinegar and let cool to absorb the vinegar.
3. In a small bowl, wish the olive oil, remaining 2 tablespoons of vinegar, Dijon mustard, kosher salt and pepper.
4. Drizzle the dressing over the potato mixture and gently toss. Add the sliced onion and minced herbs and toss again. Season with more salt and pepper to taste.
***Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled.
***This potato salad gets even better the second or third day. To freshen up a few days later just add some more fresh herbs.

▪️1/2 cup + 1 cup water ➡️ microwave 2.5 minutes (if you want cold oats, make the night before and put in the fridge!)
▪️1 scoop of standard whey protein powder (extreme milk chocolate flavor)
▪️1 scoop of collagen peptides(hot chocolate)
▪️Topped with fresh raspberries!

Lamb chops served with a side of roasted red potatoes and sweet potatoes, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto.
•Family meals are more nutritious. A Harvard study found that family to eat together or twice is likely to eat their five servings of fruits and vegetables as families who don’t eat together.
•Kids who eat family meals tend to eat a wide variety of foods and become less picky eaters.
•Family meals provide an opportunity for family members to come together, Strengthen ties and build better relationships. They build a sense of belonging which leads to better self esteem.
•Research shows that kid to eat family meals have a lower chance of engaging in high-risk behaviors such as substance abuse and violence, and fewer psychological problems.
•Make family meals a priority in your household. Focus on the importance of being together as a family more than on making an elaborate meal.
•More family meal time could mean large rewards for your family long-term. And may improve mental health.

Poke Thursday to turn a rainy day into a happy day!!!
Bowl included: White jasmine rice, cubes of fresh salmon, seaweed salad, fresh cut cucumbers, tomatoes, and topped with Japanese Multi-purpose seasoning (white sesame seeds,black sesame seeds, nori, salt, kelp powder) from Trader Joe’s and a drizzle of Chili Sesame Oil also from Trader Joe’s. So delicious and packs in an unbelievable amount of protein, and vitamins B-12, C, and D, magnesium, potassium, folate, iron, zinc, and niacin. Perfect lunch for my athletes today who have an afternoon of practices and games. I have always told my kids, “To be an athlete you must eat like an athlete.” 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

It’s called Juice Me! In the spirit of St. Patty’s I chose Sweet Green. The ingredients are apple, cucumber, kale, celery,lemon, ginger, and mint.
