🌟 Meet Lina! 🌟
We’re excited to introduce one of our amazing RBTs, Lina!

Lina recently graduated from Towson University and is passionate about supporting children and families in meaningful ways. She brings a calm, caring presence to every session and is dedicated to growing her career in the mental health field. 💜

We asked Lina why she be came an RBT and this is what she had to say: "I recently became RBT certified a month ago. I wanted to become an RBT to gain more knowledge and experience working with neurodivergent individuals because working to help improve the lives of others and their families is something I’ve always been passionate about. My favorite thing about being an RBT is watching the progress of the different kids I work with. Progress looks different for everybody but no matter what I always feel the same excitement for their achievements! As I continue to pursue my studies and further my knowledge I know that my experiences with my clients will be essential for me to develop with my educational and professional journey! "

We’re so grateful to have her on the Allium team — and we can’t wait to see all the incredible things she’ll accomplish!
