✨Heading home after six magical days in Colorado with some of my absolute favorite humans. My heart is full, my cup is overflowing, and I’m leaving with memories I’ll treasure forever.💫

From the “peaceful” moments of just being together to the laughter on our bison train ride, pool days, time at the park., movies, endless selfies( Meadow) and all the little in-between moments. Love being able to give Devon & Brennan a little quality time together as well.
I’m so grateful for this time with my daughter, son-in-law, and those beautiful grandbabies of mine.💖

I never love saying goodbye, but I sure do love that I get to say I was there. Here’s to family, connection, and the kind of love that makes leaving the hardest part. 🥹💛

So, so proud of you, Paige! You absolutely captivated the girls while sharing your passion for skincare—it was amazing to watch you shine!

Thinking back to just a few years ago, who would have guessed that this same girl would stand in front of a large crowd, speaking with such confidence and poise? Your journey is a true testament to what happens when you commit, do the hard work, and push past your limits.

“✨ Last night was absolutely fantastic! We celebrated with wine, chocolate, and jazz, and everything came together perfectly. The winds calmed just in time for a stunning sunset, creating the most beautiful backdrop for photos. 🍷🍫 The food was delicious, the wines and beers were on point, and we were surrounded by amazing people who helped make the night a success. 🙌

From generous donation baskets to friends sponsoring tables and donating wine, it was truly a community effort. The best part? Knowing that the funds raised will support scholarships for some incredibly deserving women.

Up and out this Friday morning! 🙌 Got my steps in early, and just finished hitting some balls at the range. 🏌️‍♀️ Starting the day with movement really sets the tone—boosting my mood and keeping me grounded 🙌🏻

Did you know that just 30 minutes of exercise in the morning can improve focus, reduce stress, and increase energy levels throughout the day? It’s amazing what a little fresh air and activity can do for your mental health! 🌞 who’s with me on this Beautiful Friday morning??!!

🌟 How many of you keep your workout routine going while traveling? Be honest! 😅

I’ll admit, I never used to. If it was part of the trip, great, but you’d never catch me going out of my way to hit the hotel gym or get those steps in intentionally. But this last trip to Denver was different. I brought all my workout gear (like I always do), but for the first time, I actually used it! 💪🏼

I didn’t make it to the gym as often as I planned (blame it on the broken AC— in our first hotel gym, Denver heat + gym = sauna, not my vibe 🥵), but I did manage to stay super active and get some intentional movement in. And for me, that’s a huge win!

So here’s my little encouragement to you today: It’s never too late to start. Exercise came into my life much later, but better late than never! I lost my weight a few years ago through nutrition alone, but I’ve learned over the last couple of years just how important healthy movement is—whether it’s low-impact exercises, strength training, or just staying active. It’s all about long-term longevity. 💯

If you’ve been thinking about getting started but haven’t been consistent, I’m here to tell you—just do something today. Start small. Get 1% better than yesterday. Let’s keep moving together! 👟✨

Seriously though, share with me how you incorporate your healthy motion when traveling you might inspire others to do the same 🤸‍♀️💃🏃‍♀️

✨🍷🍫🎷 It’s that time of year again! Our annual Wine, Chocolate, and Jazz fundraiser is coming up on October 18th, and it’s the only fundraiser we have for Soroptimists.

💞Soroptimist is a global volunteer organization that provides women and girls with access to the education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment.

The funds raised are given back to the community throughout the year, so your support makes a huge difference!

I’d love if any of my friends and family could donate some wine. 🍷 If you’re a business owner, sponsorship opportunities are available. We also raffle off beautiful baskets filled with various items. If you have merchandise like t-shirts, candles, or any other products, we can create a basket for you or add your items to other baskets. Gift cards are also fantastic and greatly appreciated. 🎁
