One of the greatest blessings we have in our lives are our loved ones. This should never take a back seat to work.

Remember, we work to have a good life!! If our work is taking all our energy and time and making it impossible to relax and enjoy our friends and family. Something is wrong.

Even if you are going through financial hardship! In fact, it is probably even more important that you stay in touch with things that bring you joy!

The two most common reasons we let work take over:

1. Poor personal boundaries
2. Slipping into a false belief pattern around what brings true happiness and fulfillment

One of my most powerful daily habits that contributes towards my lifestyle is my mindful morning practice. This involves me waking up 30 minutes earlier than usual to meditate, journal and set the intention for my day. This is a great way to boost happiness, reduce stress and stay grounded in what is most important to you in your life.

Todays world is full of masterfully created ads designed to grab your attention and convince you that you need more in your life. They make you rethink and question whether or not what you already have is good enough. The great thing however is that the most important things are free and involve nothing more than your presence and consistency.

Reclaim your energy, focus and motivation!



Having a well balanced diet comprised of mostly whole foods is essential to our physical and mental health.

A body in poor physical health will always hinder the minds performance. That is why nutrition is such a big part of personal mastery. Without our health, our energy, mood and focus will be greatly hindered. In addition, feeling out of shape can make us feel poorly about the way we look and therefore take a toll on our confidence which greatly impacts all areas of our lives.

In many cases, people I work with have been living off of processed foods and meals at restaurants for years and so they have lost touch with what it is like to really feel healthy.

A few things to consider trying to start boosting your mood, energy and improve body composition!

1. Remove packaged foods and keep restaurant meals to 1-2 times per weeks. When you eat out, avoid eating to the point of being full.

2. Eat smaller balanced meals every 2-3 hrs per day to keep energy levels more consistent instead of 2-3 huge meals.

3. Eat more vegetables and fruits, lean protein sources and healthy fat sources. These foods are full of nutrients which will help satisfy your hunger and get you real lasting energy.

4. Drink water throughout the day. About .5 oz per lbs of body weight is a good rule of thumb to start.

A healthy body is a happy body and a happy body will take care of you and ensure greater levels of satisfaction and happiness in your life.

True freedom doesn’t come from the external world, it comes from within.

If you courageously step into your truth you will experience the unbound limitless potential of creation. The ability to create a new existence, and a new way of being.

It’s easy to get into the habit of thinking once we get that next thing or reach that next goal that we will be whole and complete but this is an illusion cast upon us the moment we are old enough to comprehend our environment. I know because I have had the experience of this time and time again. A constant pursuit of acquiring things and status, a constant persuit of people pleasing and trying to be liked, a never ending cycle of giving my all to things I was told would bring me peace and joy only to find a brief moment of pleasure and excitement and then a vast gap of emptiness leaving me grasping for the next goal or thing.

Do not misunderstand me, this is not to dissuade you from setting goals or trying to make people happy but a invitation to step into the reality which is joy and peace is something you allow yourself. It is a way of being and a choice. It is only when we believe things outside of ourselves are responsible for our joy and peace that we lose ourselves. This is a practice as it goes against everything many of us have ever learned but it is the first step towards true freedom.

This can be the start of something beautiful! Take 2 minutes to listen and your life may start to change. ❤️

Give yourself the permission to take the first step. Think about something you wanted to say, do or learn about and take the first step. It doesn’t have to be a big step. Just a step of any size you can muster.

Once you have done this, take a moment to bring awareness to what you feel in your mind and body. For many people this will bring a sense of joy, aliveness and freedom. I know it always has been for me.

Take a moment and compare this to the way you have been living and feeling. And ask yourself, do I want to continue life this way or do I want to start walking a less comfortable path, but a path of aliveness a path of purpose and a path of freedom.

The only barriers are the ones we place on ourselves. These all the reasons and excuses we have given ourselves that have prevented us from taking this steps we truly desire earlier. So I invite you to shift from excuses of why you can’t to reasons why you can! Let go of fear and doubt and tap into an

Want to supercharge your energy levels and morning productivity?

Try this Tip!

1. Cut the processed carbs! - Opt for healthier options like Oats, potato’s, fruits or vegetables.

2. Drop the sugary drinks- leave the sugar coffees and smoothies behind. If you need something with a bit of caffeine try green, black tea or try using stevia in your coffee instead of syrup and sugar.

3. Drink a large glass of water when you wake up- Many people start the day dehydrated and end the day dehydrated. This habit will severely effect your energy levels.

4. Monitor your portion sizes- eating a large meal and stuffing yourself right out of bed will keep you feeling drowsy. Remember eat till you are like longer hungry, not till you are full!

The Body - Reclaiming your health

While the start of all profound change must first become present in the mind. Caring for the body can be one of the most impactful ways a person can begin building the energy and confidence to start tapping into their true self and pursuing their vision. I imagine it similar to a warrior feeling prepared for battle and preparing himself for anything that may come their way. Feeling confident and ready for challenge goes a long way when you are taking responsibility for everything currently present in your life experience.

Care for the body is oftentimes over complicated by todays media and made into what seems like some super complex process that would require a degree in advance biochemistry. The great thing is, that is far from the truth.

The body is very simple in it’s needs. Eat healthy all natural foods and avoid processed foods. Eat the right amount, not too much or not too little. Drink plenty of water, take time to stretch and breath regularly and get outside in nature and get some sunlight. Then, BE CONSISTENT!

The biggest problem I see when coaching my clients is poor quality foods being consumed and over consumption as a result of boredom and or poor coping skills for excessive stress. This is when some spiritual or mental coaching can work wonders for someone. Especially when you find yourself in a never ending cycle of yo-yo dieting or on and off workout programs.

Remember, in many cases it took the body time to fall out of health and it will take time to return back to health. The time will pass anyways and the path will be challenging anyways. You just have to decide what challenge you want. The challenge of poor health, low confidence and future health complications or the challenge of building new habits that will eventually bring you more joy, energy and confidence.

A simple start:

Download a food tracking app and pick a bunch of your favorite natural foods and then stick to the calories listed based on your goal. Preferably split into 4-5 meals per day

Commit to a 30 minute walk and 5-10 minutes of stretching and breath work outside every morning or evening.

Drink at least 64oz of water every day

Get 7-8 hrs of sleep per night

If you can’t find the time for 45 minutes of self care in your daily routine. Reconsider your work life balance, perhaps a new job is needed or see if you can find someone else that you can trade some responsibilities with from time to time. For watch your friends kids at certain times and then they watch your kids at other times. This will create more time for both parties to take care of their health more effectively.

Perform these simple tasks for 30 days and check in with yourself and how you are feeling.

Happiness and joy are derived from finding balance between these three pillars.

Mind😊|Body💪🏻|Spirit❤️

Mind- This is our internal world. The state of our inner world shapes the way we perceive our outer world. When our inner world is lacking, we are prone to experience the outer world as lacking.
When the inner world is rich, our external world will be rich.

Body- This is our vessel in which we navigate our external world. The body both influences the state of mind and is influenced by the state of mind. A healthy body allows us to handle our external world more effectively through heightened energy levels, confidence and physical capabilities. An unhealthy body will burden us with fatigue, low self esteem and illness/injuries while reducing our ability to physically explore and enjoy life.

Spirit- This is what I call our internal compass, it is what directs us towards our ideal life and self. In another sense, it is our purpose. This is perhaps the most important pillar of the 3, this drives motivation in our life. Without purpose or direction life, we aimlessly float around being influenced by our environment instead of influencing it. When we are aligned with our purpose and a passions, we wake up excited each day to LIVE OUR PURPOSE from an elevated state. When we are out of line with our spirit, living becomes existing or surviving in a constant flux of unconscious reactions, in this state of survival, we lose our zest for life and simply roll through the motions. In this state waking up can often feel like a struggle and life can feel lackluster and we feel disconnected and purposeless.

This is a very brief explanation of this topic which I plan to discuss more in the future. There is much more that goes into each pillar that I could probably talk about for hours.

For each person the ideal balance point between these three pillars varies and it is up to you to discover for yourself what this looks like for you as there is no universal law that determines this but there is a blueprint within you that can lead you in the right direction. With a better understanding of each of these pillars we can identify this more effectively! This is the blue print I help my clients discover so that we can begin to create the life and experience they always wanted.
