For those planning to attend and address the board in public comment at the Delta College Board of Trustees meeting in Tracy tomorrow evening, April 7 - 5:30 at the TUSD Board chambers you must follow the procedure below:

If you want to share public comments, see below:
Public Comments: Any person wishing to address the Board on any matter is requested to email the recording secretary. The Board Chair will call you during the Public Comment portion of the agenda.
The Board cannot act on or discuss items not listed on the agenda. Comments from the public shall not exceed three (3) minutes unless the time limit is changed by the board president.
Multiple comments on the same topic will be limited to a total of 15 minutes. For public comments, please email robin.phares@deltacollege.edu.
