Bringing awareness and educating on ingredients is one of my favorite things to do here in Better Health Through Toxin Free Living. 𝐌𝐲 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 us 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬. .... even if it's just a few ingredients on the "ingredients to avoid" list that you're able to remember.... when you see it, you'll know to put it back. 🙌

🚫 Propylene Glycol is a type of alcohol commonly used in skin care, cosmetics, personal care. It is even in some processed foods, medications, and the majority of e-cigarettes.
🚫 It is created through a three step process, and step two (before the hydolyzation process) is considered a “known carcinogen”.
🚫 It is a known skin irritant and is frequently associated with contact dermatitis.
🚫 Negative side effects can occur with products using this ingredient in concentrations as low as 2%
🚫 It’s a main component in Anti-Freeze products 🤢🤯
