One of my favorite parts about Autumn is the preparing for a season of rest and deep healing. We harvest, prep, and begin to wind down as the days get shorter and the air gets crisper; without much effort at all, we all get our rest and some much needed healing over the winter months- if we use our time in Fall to our advantage and prep ourselves!

Through the twists and turns of life, I had to take a step back from the teaching that I love so much; but the Universe provides opportunities when we're open to them!
I recently met a young healer that was full of questions and excitement. After a long talk, she asked me to teach her how to safely work on others- both near and far. I chose to type up the instructions of connecting with others so she could access it again and again, but wish to share it with all of you as well!
