It’s official… Rooted Bloom Apothecary now has a home inside 401 Niche Coffee in downtown Denison. Also working on a little more space so we can add more of our products.

What started as remedies I began making for my own family has slowly grown into something I now get to share with our community in this beautiful local space.

✨ A new favorite ritual from Rooted Bloom ✨

For years I loved the practice of oil pulling.
I used simple coconut oil and appreciated how clean and fresh it made my mouth feel.
But as I continued studying herbal traditions and botanical medicine, I realized something…
Oil pulling can be so much more powerful when infused with the right plants.
So I created something special.

🌿 Myrrh & Three Herbs – Oral + Gum Healing Pulling Oil

This slow-infused blend is made with myrrh resin, clove bud, calendula flower, and plantain leaf — herbs traditionally valued for supporting healthy gums and oral balance.
Instead of simply flavoring oil, these botanicals are gently infused over time, creating a beautiful golden oil rich with the properties of the plants themselves.
Just swish ½–1 tablespoon for 5–15 minutes, spit, and rinse.

Many people use oil pulling to support:
• gum health
• fresher breath
• plaque balance
• a clean, balanced oral microbiome
Each bottle is handcrafted in small batches right here in North Texas.

Big news for Rooted Bloom Apothecary!!!

I’m currently working on adding a few permanent shop spaces across North Texas so you’ll be able to find our herbal wellness products more regularly — not just at markets.

✨ Lone Star Mercantile – Allen (starting May 1st)
✨ Niche Coffee – Denison (coming very soon — including our elderberry syrup)
Some items — like elderberry syrup — will be available at select locations, and I’m working on adding a few more spaces soon that I’m excited to share.

As always, if you ever have questions about herbs or need recommendations for teas, tonics, or natural support, please feel free to reach out. I always love helping guide people to what may work best for them.

Our Rooted Bloom Apothecary Premium Elderberry Syrup is getting a beautiful upgrade.

We’re now partnering with a family honey farm right here in our area (Blue Ridge), with hives placed throughout our surrounding area.

That means our elderberry syrup will now be made with Desert Creek raw, unfiltered honey — not just “Texas honey,” but truly local honey from right here in our community.

Same trusted recipe.
Same slow-simmered wild elderberries and warming spices.
Now made with local raw honey known for supporting immunity and seasonal wellness.

Supporting local bees, local farms, and local families.

🐝Starting immediately — the batch I’m making for this weekend will be the first made with this incredible local honey.

I’m so excited to bring this upgrade to one of our most loved remedies. And I have a few more things in the works that will be coming soon!
