Get Motivated, Get Healthy I'm a 57 year old life-enthusiast and recent healthy-lifestyle convert. Now I provide motivation to help others on their journey to health

This site is about a decision to change my life and get healthy. At age 55, I decided that I needed to make a positive change in my life. Since then, with diet, exercise, and nutritional supplements, I have lost 30 pounds that were keeping me from experiencing life at its fullest. Now I started this site to help others to achieve their own weight loss dreams by providing daily motivation.
