Many churches have been contacting us about the incident at Cities Church in St. Paul. Our stance has always been the same. You need team members watching the outside perimeter for anyone approaching your church. If you see 30 to 40 people you have never seen before approaching your church, that is cause for concern, and you should start locking down your church before they can get in and create the disturbance they did at Cities Church. I am amazed at how many churches leave their outside areas unprotected. Since we can't build walls around most of our churches, you have to understand that you are the wall!

The events at Cities Church in St Paul, Minnesota, where a group of thirty to forty protesters entered a Sunday service and interrupted worship while chanting and confronting congregants, have raised important questions for church leaders nationwide.
