A new month is the perfect time to refresh your health goals and prioritize your well-being.

🌷Move Daily: Aim for at least 30 minutes of walking or exercise daily to boost mood and increase physical activity as weather warms.

🌷Prioritize Sleep: Establish a restful bedtime routine by going to bed 30 minutes earlier and creating a consistent sleep schedule to combat fatigue.

🌷Eat Seasonally: Focus on incorporating more spring vegetables and greens into daily meals.

🌷Stay Hydrated: Drink 6–8 glasses (or roughly 3 liters) of water daily.

It is hard to believe that 3 years have passed since we opened our doors. As we celebrate this milestone anniversary, our hearts are full of gratitude for you—our community, our partners in health, and the reason we do what we do.
