What is this?
✨ This is an all encompassing digital wellness space! There will be a variety of content from yoga & Pilates🧘🏻‍♀️ to home cooking 🍳and mindfulness tips 💭!!

Who are we?
✨As I said to my husband “I want to leave a legacy of health & wellness. Something people can go to and feel safe and educated. A family oriented space!” 🫶🏻

Where are we going?
✨ One day we will have a physical location 📍set with a cooking classroom, yoga/ Pilates studios, sacred spaces for therapy and groups… 🥰honestly I should just share my Notion page with you 🤩

Why now?
✨Can I be honest? I’m taking a major leap, I know what I want to create so I’m creating it yet this is a risk ⚠️ (not only for myself) but for everyone who I’ve included on this journey. I’m scared but I can feel the success that this is going to being for so many people! 🤭
