🏀 Basketball season has started for many in the area, with many more set to play!
Whether you’re playing in a league, cheering from the stands, or helping your kids get ready for their first tip-off, now is the perfect time to focus on staying injury-free.
A few quick reminders:
• Stretch before AND after playing
• Work on balance and ankle strength
• Take rest days seriously
• If something feels “off,” don’t push through the pain
And if an injury does happen — from rolled ankles to knee soreness or shoulder strains — we’re here to help you recover safely and get back to doing what you love.
