This past week has been quiet for me here, and for good reason.
Last Sunday I experienced a sudden and significant intestinal issue that required me to step back, rest, and listen closely to my body. I’ve taken time away from normal routines, including food intake, and focused on allowing my system to settle and recover in a gentle way.
During times like this, I’m reminded how closely connected we are to our internal balance—digestion, stress, rest, and overall wellbeing all working together as one system.
As I begin to reintroduce soft nourishment in the coming days and ease back into daily activity, I’m grateful for the importance of a holistic approach to health: slowing down, paying attention, and supporting the body’s natural processes rather than rushing them.
This experience also reinforces what I see in reflexology every day—how the body responds when we create space for relaxation, balance, and improved circulation. While reflexology is not a treatment for illness, it is a powerful way to support the body’s own capacity for regulation and rest.
I’ll be back to my normal schedule hopefully, starting Monday, and I look forward to reconnecting with clients and continuing the work of , helping people feel more grounded, relaxed, and in tune with their bodies.
Thank you for your patience and support this past week.
