✨Our November offerings are coming to life and the energies are guiding us deeper into the work of creating clarity, space and radical opening through realignment and release in order to move into a state of preparation and readiness to receive, evolve and take the path presented to us should we choose to listen, see and act. 👁 ⁣

🦋This month will be more supporting you through the work with healing food, ritual, movement practices and community support. We will be Working into our bodies, decluttering our space internally and externally, detoxing our energies and healing (or maybe cutting) cords that must be attended to. ⁣

🦋Just thinking of all the space, freedom, and clearing that will come through this month with dedicated intentions, practice and commitment sets the energy for CLARITY to come through. ⁣

The Moon in ♓️ Pisces brings our first ever MOON MOVEMENT class to a close. Teaching this class allowed me to experiment, transform and take my personal healing movement practice and my ability and desire to guide others into another dimension of energy, flow and discovery.
