This is a travel blog now! There’s nothing quite like stepping away, spending some time discovering somewhere new and immersing yourself in history and culture. I think travel is one of my favorite things, and to plan a trip where I don’t have to run for my life between fights….ah, that was a sweet cherry on top🍒!

Of course there is a purpose to this trip! Module 7 and 8 of Sanación con Rosas! I’m so grateful to be in the presence of Maestro and experiencing the magic of the orange rose! I can’t wait to share soon!

So grateful to share how things are starting to bloom, literally and figuratively. Of course, I did not manage to get a single photo of the Rose Healing Journey and Tea Party that happened at on Saturday, so you’ll just have to imagine the sweet group of caring people who opened themselves up to the magic of the roses🌹more rose events coming soon. Also, I am so thankful to get to do bodywork & fascia therapy with clients 1:1. Hearing some of the feedback has made my heart soar! Helping people overcome pain in their bodies has given me purpose, that all goes back to my own healing journey (which continues everyday). We all need help with it, so let’s lean on one-another. This is what these challenging times require of us. I hope to get to be in your presence soon, out in this big, beautiful world somewhere.

Another opportunity to experience Community Massage at The Alchemy Space in Truckee, next Wednesday 2/4 from 5:00-8:00 pm.

Experience the benefits of fascia release therapy and/or Reiki in a comfortable, semi-private screened space within the community lounge. This clothed massage style works directly with the connective tissue (fascia)—no oils needed—and is perfect for addressing specific areas of tension within a focused 30-minute session. Can be blended with Reiki.

Only five appointments are available, so be sure to reserve your spot early. You’re warmly invited to enjoy the lounge before or after your session as part of this restorative community experience.

What to Wear: no lotions or oils

Women: sports bra and shorts

Men: shorts

Who’s coming with me? It takes a lot to be tuned into yourself and the world. It’s truly a daily practice and so easy to overlook our own needs or miss important things going on in the community. We are all at once the center of our lives and just a small piece of the collective, how do we find the balance?

For me, this always involves somatic movement/bodywork and energy work. I’ll be sharing community massage tomorrow from 10am-1:15pm. First come, first served at Savor Sundays along with other local vendors. Then we can tune into Dr. Lisa Grayshield with important messages from the Washoe people at 2pm.
