I’ve been hearing the same thing from so many people lately—feeling stiff, out of routine, wanting to move… but not wanting anything too intense or overwhelming.
At the same time, we all know we need to carve out a little time to reset and take care of ourselves—it just tends to get pushed aside.
I’m starting a new session of my Tuesday evening yoga group beginning this week 🌿
It’s focused on building strength, improving mobility, and helping you feel better in your body—nothing intimidating, just a really supportive way to get back into it.
I’m opening this as a 4-week spring session. If you’ve been thinking about taking some time for yourself, this is a really nice place to start.
