Let’s talk windmills and why they deserve a top spot in your routine.

Windmills tap into the deep core, obliques, glutes, AND your shoulder stabilizers all at the same time.

They teach your body how to rotate and hinge safely — which matters way more than you think. Better movement patterns = fewer random aches, more stability, stronger lifts, and a core that actually supports you in mom-life!

Windmills also help improve balance, posture, pelvic health, and overall control through your midline. When you perform them slowly and intentionally, you’ll feel EVERYTHING light up.

Start with 6–10 per side, slow and controlled. Think reach, rotate, stack, breathe.
Your body will thank you.
