If you have patronized us in November or December, you already know this info but for those who do not, Kelly and I made the difficult decision to close the Rejuvenation Station and focus on expanding Balanced Weight Loss & Wellness Tryon There were a couple of factors that lead to this decision but the main one was lack of enough sales to be profitable. You can read the full details on the website https://tryonrejuvenationstation.com/ That said, we appreciate each and every customer, fellow merchants, Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce & Tryon Downtown Development Association who supported us this past year. Balanced Weight Loss & Wellness Tryon will stay in it's current downtown location. Yea. Starbucks added a protein option ....to drinks that still have 50+ grams of sugar and 390 + calories!! 😏 That's counterproductive, dontcha think? Our version not only tastes great but has 11 g of sugar, less than a 1/3 of the calories and 24 g of protein. So come get your pumpkin spice on while getting the weight off!

It is with a heavy heart I announce we will be closed tomorrow. It is time for Pepper, our beloved 13 yr old basset hound, to cross the rainbow bridge. 🌈 We put family first here & spending the last precious moments with her is worth more than any dollar we’d make tomorrow.
