As she departs, she expresses gratitude for the care and support she received during her time at the center.

Last week we gathered in Northside Atlanta as we celebrated Case Manager Week in style! 💼🧀 Our theme, ‘Across the Board, We Appreciate Your Referrals,’ set the tone for a fun and meaningful celebration. Everyone created their own mini charcuterie boards while sharing ideas and discussing the key pieces that make every admission transition run smoothly. 🥂✨

Banana Split Day at Briarwood! 🍌🍨

Residents and staff at Briarwood had a sweet treat celebrating Banana Split Day! Everyone enjoyed creating their own delicious banana splits with toppings like chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and sprinkles. The smiles and laughter were just as sweet as the dessert itself, making it a delightful afternoon of fun and indulgence.
