Mystic Meadows was proud to join Sunday’s Trunk or Treat event in support of the Foundation — an incredible organization carrying forward Leigha’s legacy of strength, love, and perseverance.

It was a day full of community spirit, sweet treats, and meaningful moments honoring a beautiful cause.

💙 Rehab Success Spotlight! 💙

Patricia Mermini’s journey at Mystic Meadows was nothing short of inspiring! She shared that therapy was delightful — something she truly looked forward to each day. Patricia said her stay was excellent and that she couldn’t have asked for a better team. From the nurses to the CNAs, everyone made her feel cared for and supported. 💫

A special shout-out to CNAs Junior, Betty, and Stephanie for helping make Patricia’s experience so positive! We’re so proud of her progress and wish her continued strength and happiness ahead. 🌷

Today at Mystic Meadows we held our first annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk!

Residents and staff joined together, circling the building in support of strength, hope, and the fight against breast cancer. 💪🎀

Frederick came to Mystic Meadows for orthopedic aftercare following surgery and left feeling stronger, supported, and cared for every step of the way.
He shared how attentive, friendly, and hardworking our entire team was — from therapy and nursing to housekeeping and dining. 👏

Our Community Trunk or Treat was a hit! Families joined us for trick-or-treating, fun games, costume contests, face painting, and plenty of sweet treats. The smiles, laughter, and festive spirit made it a night to remember! 💛✨
