Join us for a restorative morning of sound healing, meditation, and gentle reflection as we align with the natural rhythm of the season. Through the resonant tones of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Bowls, drum, and voice, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation and a space to nurture your inner flame amid the quiet dark.
We'll also be letting go of what no longer serves us with a burning bowl... DO come!
