MISSION STATEMENT:
Agave Community Health & Wellness aims to achieve healthy equity through community health education and outreach. By improving the understanding of important health topics, individual and population health and wellness are improved. We strive to empower our community not only through health education and connecting people to needed resources when there are gaps in our fractured healthcare system, but through health policy as well. We strive to elevate people, families, and communities whose voices are less often heard and needs less often met. Equity will never be achieved unless health disparities are eliminated.
