Growing your yoga teaching toolkit opens the door to so many possibilities.

When you’re able to guide more than one style of yoga, you naturally become more versatile, confident, and adaptable as a teacher. It allows you to meet your students in different seasons of their lives, whether they need grounding, deep rest, or gentle movement.

From a practical perspective, it also makes you more appealing to studios and communities. Being able to offer Yin, Restorative, or slower practices alongside more active styles opens doors and creates more opportunities to teach and share your gifts.

Beyond that, it keeps your teaching fresh and inspiring. You’re not confined to one approach, but instead have a range of tools to create meaningful, well-rounded experiences for your students.

Expanding your toolkit is not about doing more, it’s about teaching with greater depth, intention, and presence.

If you’ve been feeling the call to grow in this way, my Yin Yoga Training is a beautiful place to begin. 💙

I fell in love with Yin Yoga because it taught me how to pause, listen, and connect deeply with myself. In a world that often moves too fast, it became my practice of slowing down, of honoring my body, mind, and spirit.

I created this 45-hour Yin Yoga Training to share that same experience with others...to guide you in finding calm, presence, and confidence both on and off the mat. Whether you are stepping into teaching or simply deepening your personal practice, this training is designed to support you in holding space for yourself and others, cultivating stillness, and exploring the subtle power of Yin Yoga in a grounded, meaningful way.

If you’ve ever felt called to slow down, listen to your own rhythm, and connect with a community of supportive practitioners, this is your invitation to join us. Together we will explore, practice, and grow in a way that nourishes body, mind, and heart.

Training Dates:
May 2, 9, 16–17, 23 (8–5)
May 24 (8–1)

Met my AI caricature today… she looks peaceful, grounded, and fully prepared to teach to hold space for your relaxing experience!
Also… she has a mysterious 3rd arm -which honestly could be useful for adjusting blankets and ringing a sound bowl at the same time. 😄 ...and brown eyes 🤷🏻‍♀️

A simple head and neck release to gently transition out of meditation.
Move slowly, stay soft, and let the body reawaken with awareness.
Small movements can create deep relief.

The more you remember to breathe into the sensation,
the more energy is able to flow.
A gentle reminder from the practice.

In Yin Yoga, we hold poses longer because connective tissue needs time.
It’s not about forcing a stretch - it’s about letting the tissues soften, hydrate, and respond.
This is the quiet power of Yin Yoga.

The physiological sigh is a breathing pattern shown to help release tension and calm the nervous system.
In this short video, we practice 3 rounds together …slow enough to feel, simple enough to repeat anytime.

Yoga Nidra is not about trying to relax -it’s a practice of awareness.
As the body rests deeply, awareness remains present, gently observing sensations, breath, and inner experience.

This quality of awareness is what allows true rest, insight, and nervous system regulation to unfold naturally.
Nothing to force. Nothing to fix. Just noticing.

This is the essence of Yoga Nidra as I teach it slow, safe, and deeply supportive.
