Growing your yoga teaching toolkit opens the door to so many possibilities.
When you’re able to guide more than one style of yoga, you naturally become more versatile, confident, and adaptable as a teacher. It allows you to meet your students in different seasons of their lives, whether they need grounding, deep rest, or gentle movement.
From a practical perspective, it also makes you more appealing to studios and communities. Being able to offer Yin, Restorative, or slower practices alongside more active styles opens doors and creates more opportunities to teach and share your gifts.
Beyond that, it keeps your teaching fresh and inspiring. You’re not confined to one approach, but instead have a range of tools to create meaningful, well-rounded experiences for your students.
Expanding your toolkit is not about doing more, it’s about teaching with greater depth, intention, and presence.
If you’ve been feeling the call to grow in this way, my Yin Yoga Training is a beautiful place to begin. 💙
