I'm back!!!! ❤️❤️😁😁

I'm tired of just hanging around the house and the gym (😂 you know I would rather be on a yoga mat) my toe injury 🤕 has healed up and it's time to get back to what I love - teaching you!

I am over the moon excited to announce the return of yoga, mat pilates, art experiences, sound baths and more at a familiar location in Medella Vina Ranch! Starting January 2026!

Alliance Jiu Jitsu has finished renovations on the barn and I will be teaching classes under their roof. For my previous students - you may recognize the exterior but the finished indoor space complete with padded floors is going to be an amazing place to come get your yoga on!!

Pardon my need for a pedicure but it is time for a much needed update on your yoga teacher! Some of you know I broke my big toe in February of 2023 chipping the distal phalange (the toe bone furthest from the joint to the foot) and it has been a slooow recovery. Well, my bone chip which was in the center of the toe at the bend has started to wander and now looks like a bunion. I have an appointment with the podiatrist with the goal to have it removed and see what else we can do to get me back to teaching you! In the meantime I will get some sound baths on the schedule for 🍁 fall as the weather cools and I do have a Fall Retreat opportunity that you can join with here in Tucson! More info on both to come!
