Spring 2021 Schedule
Mondays Gentle Exercise at 10:30 AM, Qigong at 3PM, (TKD Yoga at 5:30PM)
Tuesdays Meditation at 10am, Gentle/stretch at 10:30 AM, Yoga/stretch at 7PM
Wednesdays Yoga/stretch at 8 AM, Balance at 10:30 AM, Qigong at 3PM
Thursdays Gentle Exercise at 10:30 AM
Fridays Balance at 10:30 AM, (SPD Qigong at 3:00 PM), (TKD Yoga at 5:30PM)
Saturdays (SPD Qigong at 11AM)
Sundays Yoga/stretch at 8:30 AM, (SPD R and R at 10AM)
All classes are on Zoom. At this point, all of my classes are 30 minutes long, except for those through the Skokie Park District (SPD). In order to take the Skokie Park District classes, you must arrange ahead of time to attend through them.

I accept Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, or a check. I’m asking $5 per 30 minute class. Private classes are available on Zoom. $30 per 30 minutes, or $25 for a series of four or more classes.
-Gentle Exercise Mondays and Thursdays at 10:30 AM
In a chair, and standing. Small weights and a 7 inch ball (approximately)
Strengthen, stretch, joint mobility.
- Gentle Stretch Tuesdays at 10:30 AM
In a chair, gentle stretching.
-Yoga/stretch Tuesdays at 7 PM, Wednesdays at 8 AM, Sundays at 8:30 AM.
On the floor, a yoga mat is recommended but not required.
-Balance Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30 AM,
Mostly standing, with a chair nearby. Small hand weights may be used. And the ball.
Simple exercises to increase strength and balance.
Qigong Wednesdays at 3pm, Thursdays at 3pm.
Seated and standing. Similar to tai chi. Focus on breathing and very gentle movements
