Recovery meets performance. 🏈✨
In this drill, UofA 🏈 player, ,is deadlifting while cups are applied to his lower back. Here’s what’s happening:
👉 The cups create space in the tissues, improving blood flow + circulation.
👉 Movement with the cups teaches the nervous system a new pattern—less tension, more freedom.
👉 The brain learns it’s safe to move through this range of motion, rewiring how the body responds to stress & load.
The result? Better mobility, less pain, and a stronger connection between brain + body.
This combo of cupping + movement is one of my favorite ways to help clients feel lighter and more at home in their body.
