Feeling under the weather?

This warm lemon-ginger tea is a simple, soothing way to nourish your body with vitamin C and natural antibacterial properties.

Ingredients you'll need:
– 1 cup water
– 1 heaping tbsp fresh grated ginger
– 1 large lemon
– Pinch of turmeric
– Honey to taste
– Lemon slices (for garnish)
– Optional: cinnamon stick and/or fresh mint leaves

How to make it:
Boil water in a saucepan or tea kettle. While the water is still boiling, stir in all ingredients. Once everything is mixed, turn off the heat, cover, and let steep for about 10 minutes. Place a mesh strainer over your cup and pour the tea through.
