A lot of us are incredibly self-aware and still stuck in the same patterns.

We can explain our childhood.
We can explain the patriarchy.
We can explain our ex.

Explaining is not the same thing as changing.

TRUE change doesn’t mean “blame” (even if it was sh*tty*)
It starts meaning “I choose what happens next.”

Not punishing yourself.
Not suppressing your emotions.
Not bypassing systemic realities.
But choosing to move differently NOW.

Choosing to have the hard conversations.
Choosing to regulate instead of spiraling.

That kind of change feels powerful, not heavy.
Change requires new actions and new behaviors.

There is a massive difference between acknowledging what shaped you and building your entire identity around it.

Yes systems of oppression are real.
Conditioning is real.
Trauma is real.

But so is your agency.

Blame can feel empowering in the moment.

It gives you something to point at.
It does not give you something to build with.

If you’re done intellectualizing and ready to actually show up in your life differently, my upcoming events are spaces to practice that.

Not to talk about change.
To embody it.
