Honestly, this is the kind of talk I wish someone had given me when I was still in the corporate world.

I wish I had known how to pause before a hard conversation.

How to notice when my chest was tight or my system was already on edge before sending the email or walking into the meeting.

How to regulate stress in real time instead of carrying it home and pretending it wasn’t there.

Highly encourage a temper tantrum or pillow punching outburst every now and then.

When I first discovered these practices, my inner critic was loud as hell. I felt too insecure to be vulnerable, but I tried it anyway and guess what?!?

Turns out these practices (plus more) are EXACTLY what I needed. The emotional release I feel after these is amazing.
